Motorola is reportedly gearing up to expand its Edge series in India with the launch of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+. After introducing the Edge 70 Pro, the company is now expected to bring a more feature-packed Pro+ variant to the Indian market soon. Here’s what we know so far.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Launch and Design

According to recent leak by tipster Mukul Sharma @stufflistings on X, Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ could launch by the end of May.

The upcoming device is said to address some of the key limitations of the current Motorola Edge 70 Pro including the addition of a telephoto lens, support for wireless charging and a new 16GB RAM variant for better performance.

The tipster also published renders of the upcoming Edge 70 Pro+ that show the phone will largely stick to the brand’s familiar design language. It is expected to feature a curved-edge display, a square-shaped camera module and a similar overall form factor seen on recent Edge series devices.

As for colour options, the phone likely to launch in a Satin Wine Red colour option along with a unique wood finish variant.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ – Expected Specifications

Seperately in details shared by tipster Ahsan @AhsanKharbai on X, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ is expected to come with a large 6.8-inch display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.

In terms of performance, the smartphone is likely to use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, which should deliver faster speeds and improved multitasking.

For photography, the device is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongwith a 3.5x telephoto lens. On the front, the phone could include a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

The smartphone is also expected to support wireless charging and come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.
