The Meta Ray-Ban glasses are priced at Rs 29,900 in India. However, the final price may vary depending on the frame and lenses you choose.
Pre-orders are already open on Ray-Ban.com and the glasses will go on sale starting May 19th through the website and select optical and sunglasses stores across the country.
In India, the Meta Ray-Ban glasses are available in Skyler and Wayfarer designs.
Users can customise them with sun lenses, clear lenses, polarised, Transition, or even prescription options, depending on their preference.

These smart glasses come equipped with two 12MP ultra-wide cameras that can capture both photos and videos. The image resolution goes up to 3024 x 4032 pixels, while videos are recorded in 1080p. There’s also a five-mic array for clearer audio capture.
The glasses have built-in open-ear speakers that let you listen to music or take calls without needing separate earbuds. You can control music, answer calls, or use the camera using simple touch gestures on the frame.
On a full charge, the glasses offer up to four hours of usage, and the charging case adds another eight hours. Meta says the case can juice the glasses up to 50 percent in just 20 minutes.
There’s 32GB of onboard storage and you get Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity. The glasses are also IPX4 water-resistant, making them safe from light splashes.
The smart glasses come with built-in support for Meta AI. You can simply say “Hey Meta” to activate the virtual assistant and ask questions or give commands. One standout feature is live translation, currently supporting English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Pairing the glasses with the Meta AI app on Android or iOS unlocks more capabilities. For example, after importing a photo from the glasses, you can ask the app to add, remove, or change elements in the image using AI. You can also start a chat with Meta AI on the glasses and later revisit that conversation in the app’s history tab.
Users soon will be able to send and receive Instagram messages, photos, audio, and video calls directly from the glasses. Meta also confirmed that support for music playback from Apple Music, Amazon Music, Shazam and Spotify via Meta AI is on the way.
