JioGames service to be now available on OnePlus TVs: Know more about this partnership

As gaming gets mainstream in India, premium handset maker OnePlus, which also makes TVs now, has entered into a partnership with JioGames to bring popular games from the curated library of the latter to the OnePlus TVs.

The diverse selection of games from JioGames, such as K.G.F Official Game, Alpha Guns, Jungle Adventures 3, Little Singham Treasure Hunt to name a few, will enable OnePlus TV users to enjoy a rich gaming experience on their TVs.

It must be noted that the JioGames platform brings together gamers, game publishers, spectators, gaming communities and provides high-quality gaming services across devices to millions of users on Jio as well as other networks.

JioGames, a platform owned by telecom major Reliance Jio, offers gaming and services on different devices like smartphone, feature phone, set-top box, AR/VR, esports opportunities to users.

“This unique partnership is set to provide our OnePlus TV users access to a wonderful selection of games from JioGames’ diverse library and help them gain a truly immersive gaming experience,” said Navnit Nakra, CEO, OnePlus India.

OnePlus forayed into the smart TV segment in 2019 and has established itself among the leading smart TV players in a short span of time. According to Counterpoint Research, OnePlus witnessed a 217% YoY growth and held a 7% market share in Q3 2021, becoming the fourth largest TV brand in the country for the quarter.

JioGames can currently be accessed on select OnePlus TV models and will soon be available across some other variants of OnePlus TVs.
