iQOO has started teasing the launch of its upcoming smartphone, the iQOO Z11. The phone is expected to debut in China later this month. The company revealed several key features of the device during its 7th anniversary event including details about its display and battery capacity. Now, the latest tipster posts reveal some more details about the display.
According to a recent post on Weibo by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Z11 is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED LTPS display. While the brand had already confirmed a 165Hz refresh rate for the panel, the tipster added that the display will offer a 1.5K resolution.
The smartphone is also said to be powered by a high-performance chipset, although the exact processor has not yet been revealed. In terms of memory and storage, the device is expected to be available in a configuration with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The iQOO Z11 is reportedly set to launch in China by the end of March. The company has already confirmed that the device will be priced between CNY 2,000 (approximately $290) and CNY 3,000 (around $440), positioning it in the mid-range segment.
At the moment, there is no official confirmation regarding the smartphone’s global release. However, a device named iQOO Z11 with the model number I2512 has recently appeared on the SIRIM certification platform in Malaysia. It remains unclear whether the global variant will be identical to the Chinese model.
The same model number was also spotted earlier in the IMEI database, further confirming the existence of the device.
During the company’s anniversary event, iQOO product manager Xing Cheng confirmed that the iQOO Z11 will feature a 165Hz gaming display and a massive 9,020mAh battery. According to the company, this will be the largest battery ever included in an iQOO smartphone.

Meanwhile, two Vivo devices with model numbers V2551A and V2547A recently appeared on the 3C Certification platform in China, and one of them is believed to correspond to the iQOO Z11.
The certification listing indicates support for 90W fast charging, suggesting that the smartphone could ship with a compatible 90W charging adapter.
Rumours also suggest that the phone will feature a 1.5K LTPS display panel, though the exact screen size has not yet been officially confirmed by the company. Additionally, the device is expected to use a mid-range processor, but details about the chipset remain undisclosed.
