Alongside the launch of the iQOO Neo10 Pro+, iQOO also introduced a bunch of new products in China today. These include two tablets the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro as well as the iQOO Watch 5 and the iQOO TWS Air3 wireless earbuds. The new tablet lineup focuses on powerful chipsets, high refresh rate displays and long-lasting batteries. iQOO is pitching the Pad 5 series as all-rounders built for gaming, entertainment and productivity. Here’s all we know about the newly launched devices.

The iQOO Pad 5 Pro features a large 13.2-inch LCD screen with a sharp 3.1K resolution (3096×2064), a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1200 nits. It supports HDR10, the P3 wide color gamut, and offers high colour accuracy with “Delta E ≈ 0.8.”
The regular iQOO Pad 5 has a slightly smaller 12.1-inch 2.8K display (2800×1968), also with a 144Hz refresh rate but a lower brightness cap of 900 nits. Both tablets come with hardware-level low blue light filtering, DC dimming, and a paper-like reading mode for comfortable reading.
Under the hood, the Pad 5 Pro is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chip, based on TSMC’s second-gen 3nm process. It includes a 3.73GHz ultra-large core and a 12-core Immortalis-G925 GPU. Meanwhile, the Pad 5 runs on the Dimensity 9300+ with an Immortalis-G720 GPU. Both chips use the Blue Crystal chip stack, which improves both performance and power efficiency. The Pad 5 Pro even scores over 2.94 million on AnTuTu benchmarks.

Both tablets ship with Android 15 and OriginOS 5D, and they offer features like floating windows, remote PC control and seamless multi-device collaboration via Connection Centre. For productivity, there’s support for WPS Office, CAJViewer and screen extension to make it feel like a desktop. AI features like voice transcription, meeting summaries, and slide generation are powered by the DeepSeek-R1 engine.
The Pad 5 Pro packs a 13MP rear and 8MP front camera, while the Pad 5 settles for an 8MP rear and 5MP front shooter, enough for casual photography and video calls.
In terms of battery, the Pad 5 Pro comes with a huge 12,050mAh battery and 66W fast charging, offering up to 18 hours of video playback and 65 days on standby. The Pad 5 features a 10,000mAh battery with 44W charging. Both devices use smart battery management systems to improve longevity and efficiency.
The Pad 5 Pro weighs 635g and is just 6.07mm thick, while the Pad 5 is slightly thicker at 6.62mm and lighter at 590g. For audio, the Pro includes an 8-speaker setup with Super Audio 6.0 tuning, while the Pad 5 has 6 speakers. Connectivity features on both include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 1).
They also come with heat dissipation systems of 40,600mm² on the Pad 5 Pro and 34,200mm² on the Pad 5 to keep performance stable during heavy use. You can also pair them with accessories like the Smart Touch Keyboard and Pencil 3, which support magnetic charging and low-latency input.

The iQOO Watch 5 is essentially a rebranded vivo Watch 5. It has a 1.43-inch round AMOLED screen and runs on BlueOS 2.5. It includes Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and also comes in an eSIM version.
Battery life is solid offering 22 days on Bluetooth-only use and 14 days in eSIM mode, thanks to a 505mAh battery.

The new iQOO TWS Air3 wireless earbuds come with a fresh semi-open design. They have 12mm dynamic drivers, spatial audio and support Bluetooth 6.0 with multi-point pairing and a low-latency gaming mode.
Battery life is rated at 45 hours, and the earbuds come with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
