iQOO has officially launched its latest offerings, the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro models, in China.
From the specs it can be understood that these are some of the most ultra flagship-offerings in the Android space.
While the iQOO 12 series has been launched in China, the Indian unveiling for the series is scheduled for December 12.
The iQOO 12 series debuts with a variety of configurations, catering to different storage needs
Both iQOO 12 models feature the innovative Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and a bespoke Q1 chip.
This chip enhances gaming performance by intelligent core allocation and load management, ensuring temperature peaks at just 40.5-degree celsius even during intense gaming sessions.
A standout feature is the VAPT Adaptive Mode which optimizes power consumption and stabilizes frame rates with just a click.
Structurally, the phones incorporate an aviation-grade aluminum frame and boast iQOO’s largest 6K VC vapor chamber, complemented by 11 temperature sensors for dynamic heat management.
Both devices boast a stunning 6.78-inch display, with the iQOO 12 featuring a flat OLED panel at 1.5K resolution and the Pro version upgrading to a curved Quad HD+ screen, courtesy of Samsung’s E7 AMOLED technology.
Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the 50MP main camera setup, augmented by ultra-wide and telephoto lenses, and advanced night photography features powered by AIPD extreme night focusing technology.
These capabilities are bolstered by second-generation OIS anti-shake technology and sophisticated multi-frame and bionic algorithms.
Energy efficiency is paramount with the new Super Graphite Battery technology that enhances energy density and discharge capacity, supported by a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast and 50W wireless charging capabilities.
Both models are equipped for the future with 5G capabilities, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a suite of GPS technologies, ensuring robust connectivity options for users on the go.
