Ingram Micro partners with Parablu to offer secure data management solutions

Ingram Micro has announced the addition of Parablu to its Cloud portfolio in India. Parablu was one of the runners-up of the India edition of the Comet Competition conducted by Ingram Micro Cloud in 2019.

A provider of secure data management software, Parablu engineers new-age cloud data protection solutions for digital enterprises. Its privacy-focused, scalable, and cost-effective cloud data protection solutions help enterprises take control of their data. Parablu’s solutions include support for Endpoint and SaaS backup, Enterprise File Collaboration, and Secure File Transfer capabilities, as well as unique integration with Microsoft OneDrive for Business and Google Drive.

Jyotil Mankad, Director & Head of Cloud business at Ingram Micro India said, “In today’s digital era, advanced cybersecurity solutions help protect organizations against sophisticated cyberattacks. There is a huge opportunity for channel partners to support their customers with cutting-edge cloud-enabled security and data protection solutions.  Our partnership with Parablu will enable us to offer our partners greater choice and more value.”

Anand Prahlad CEO at Parablu said, “We’re very excited about the partnership with Ingram Micro. As employees have transitioned to working from home, it has created heightened awareness in businesses around data protection and security.  And, with increased regulation, businesses are being held more and more accountable for the data they keep.  Parablu’s offerings are specifically designed for end-user data management and help businesses counter problems around regulatory compliance, ransomware attacks, and malicious insider deletion. With Ingram Micro’s broad market reach and combined with Parablu’s differentiated offerings, this is a partnership with the potential to cause disruption and have a great impact.”
