Infinix has just launched a gaming tablet aimed at budget-conscious gamers, the Infinix Xpad GT. While last year’s Infinix Xpad was a more affordable 4G tablet, the new GT model steps up the game, especially in terms of performance. Here’s all we know about the device.
At the heart of the Xpad GT is the Snapdragon 888, the same 5nm flagship chip that powered premium phones back in 2021. It’s paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, along with a large vapor chamber for improved cooling.

The Adreno 660 GPU may be a few years old, but it’s still capable of delivering high frame rates in popular mobile games. Infinix claims the Xpad GT can hit 120fps on Honor of Kings and Mobile Legends and 90fps on PUBG
The tablet features a 13-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It’s a 10-bit panel with HDR10 support, a resolution of 2,880 x 1,840 pixels, and 700 nits peak brightness, ideal for gaming and content consumption.
To match the visual experience, it packs 8 speakers and 3D DTS sound processing for immersive audio.
The slim 6.5mm metal body houses a big 10,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The camera setup includes a 13MP rear camera and a 9MP front camera.
The Infinix Xpad GT is currently available for pre-order in Malaysia via Lazada. It comes in a single 8GB + 256GB variant in Stellar Grey, priced at MYR 1,700 (roughly $400 / €355 / ₹34,150).

While it’s built for gaming, the Xpad GT can also double up as a productivity device. A keyboard with a trackpad and a stylus are available as optional accessories, though both are included for free if you pre-order.
