The Infinix Note Edge 5G has officially launched in India, becoming the first smartphone in the country to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor. With this launch, Infinix introduces a fresh lineup aimed at users who prefer a slim, lightweight design paired with a curved display without sacrificing battery life. Here’s everything you should know about the phone starting with its price and availability.
Although unveiled today, open sales for the Infinix Note Edge 5G will begin on February 25 at 12 PM. The device is currently available for pre-booking through the official Infinix India website and Flipkart.
Buyers can choose from three colour options, which are Stellar Blue, Lunar Titanium, and Silk Green.

As part of a launch promotion, customers can avail an additional ₹2,000 discount, bringing the effective starting price of the 6GB/128GB variant down to ₹19,999.

The Infinix Note Edge 5G sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2644 × 1208 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel delivers up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness and supports 2160Hz PWM dimming for improved eye comfort. Protection is provided by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Under the hood, the device runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7100 6nm chipset clocked at up to 2.4GHz, coupled with a Mali-G610 GPU. The company claims the phone achieves an AnTuTu score exceeding 750,000 and supports up to 90FPS gaming.
It also integrates XArena gaming enhancements including Performance Mode, Network Enhancement, Magic Voice Changer, and bypass charging support during gameplay.

The handset is available with 6GB or 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on Android 16 with XOS 16 layered on top.
The device comes equipped with a suite of Infinix AI tools. These include AI Studio with AI Eraser and AI Extender, Circle to Search, AI Translate for real-time call translation, Magic Voice Changer, and a customisable One-Tap AI Button that can be assigned to more than 30 apps or functions. It also offers App Suggestions based on user behaviour and includes the Folax AI assistant integrated into XOS 16.

For photography, the smartphone features a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and LED flash. It supports 2K video recording at 30fps, along with Live Photo mode and AIGC Portrait mode.
On the front, the device houses a 13MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture, also capable of recording 2K video at 30fps.
The Infinix Note Edge 5G is powered by a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery. It supports 45W fast charging, which is claimed to charge the device to 50% in 27 minutes and reach 100% in 62 minutes. The phone also supports 10W reverse wired charging and adaptive bypass charging, and comes with 6-year battery endurance protection.
Additional highlights include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IR sensor, NFC support, dual microphones, and stereo speakers tuned by JBL with Hi-Res Audio certification. The handset carries an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and a USB Type-C port.
In terms of dimensions, the Infinix Note Edge 5G measures 163.1 × 77.4 × 7.2mm. The Silk Green variant weighs 185g, while the Stellar Blue and Lunar Titanium models weigh 190g.
