There is a striking resemblance that we now wonder could be intentional.
It resembles an iPhone because the back of the phone has three cameras arranged in a slightly raised area, much like the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The similarity is uncanny, so much so that LED flash is also found in the same spot.
The phone has flat, shiny edges with rounded corners.
The back of the phone has a shiny matte finish that resists fingerprints and smudges.
There is a colour gradient that changes depending on the angle you view it from.
The branding is very subtle.
You only get a small Infinix logo in the bottom left corner.
The phone has thick bezels around the screen, especially at the bottom.
There’s a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio port at the bottom edge.
The power and volume buttons are on the right side, and there’s another speaker grille at the top.
It is available in Lime Green, StarLit Black and Palm Blue colour variants.

The Note 40X keeps the 108MP main camera, but image quality might differ due to the different chipset.
The selfie camera saw a downslide with an 8MP front camera in the Note 40X compared to the 32MP camera on the Note 40.
