Huawei has officially unveiled the Watch Ultimate 2 worldwide, bringing a tougher design, advanced underwater capabilities, and improved connectivity. Building on the first Watch Ultimate launched in March 2023, the new model introduces refreshed looks and several new features.
Alongside the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2, the company has also launched the Huawei Watch GT 6 and Watch GT 6 Pro for global markets. These wearables come with stronger durability, better battery life, and enhanced health-tracking tools. Here’s everything we know about the newly launched smartwatches.
Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 – Key Features

The Watch Ultimate 2 is offered in Black and Blue variants.
The Black version measures 48.5 x 48.5 x 12.9mm and comes with a black fluoroelastomer strap, while the Blue version is slightly slimmer at 47.8 x 47.8 x 12.9mm and includes a titanium strap plus long blue and white fluoroelastomer straps. Both models support 140–210mm wrist sizes, weigh 80.5g, and feature a zirconium-based liquid metal case for durability.
The smartwatch is equipped with a 1.5-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with 466 x 466 resolution and 3500 nits peak brightness, protected by sapphire glass.
The Watch Ultimate 2 is the first smartwatch certified for dives up to 150 meters. It features waterproof audio functions and even supports sonar-based messaging up to 30 meters underwater. Users can connect with up to 50 diving partners, send test messages on land, and choose from multiple dive modes such as recreational, technical, scuba, and free dive. The watch displays key dive stats like depth, time, speed, NDL, and PO2, while dive history and messages are accessible on both the watch and the Huawei Health app.

Between its two crowns is the multi-sensing X-Tap control, offering instant access to health metrics like heart rate and ECG. The watch supports eSIM calling with AI noise cancellation for stable audio. An Expedition Mode lets users import routes and download offline maps, powered by Huawei’s Sunflower Positioning System.
Additional features include fall detection, action camera control, zoomable course maps, golf tracking, ball trajectory sharing, gesture controls, mobile payments, and AppGallery support.
The Watch Ultimate 2 promises 11 days (light use), 6 days (typical use), 4 days (Always-On Display), 4.5 days on Android and 3.5 days on iOS in standard mode.
Availability

Huawei Watch GT 6 and GT 6 Pro – Key Features

The Watch GT 6 is available in 41mm and 46mm sizes, while the GT 6 Pro comes only in 46mm.
Both retain the angular design of the GT 5 series but with more refined styling. The 41mm model features a round case for a fashionable look, while the 46mm models sport an octagonal frame. Display sizes differ, with the 41mm using a 1.32-inch AMOLED panel and the 46mm models a 1.47-inch AMOLED.
The Watch GT 6 Pro upgrades durability with sapphire crystal glass, an aerospace-grade titanium alloy case, and up to 3,000 nits brightness. It is both lightweight and tough, rated IP69 and 6 ATM water resistant.
