Honor has officially announced the Honor X7d, the newest addition to its budget-friendly lineup designed with a focus on durability and long battery life. The Honor X7d will be available in Desert Gold, Ocean Cyan, Meteor Silver, and Velvet Black colour options. However, the company has not yet disclosed pricing or availability details.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.77-inch LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, an upgrade over its predecessor, though it continues with an HD+ (720p+) resolution. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 685 chipset, paired with multiple configurations, 12GB RAM + 128GB storage, 16GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 256GB storage.

In terms of durability, the Honor X7d comes with SGS 5-star drop-survival certification and an IP65 rating ensuring resistance against dust and water jets.

On the camera front, the device features a 108MP main sensor (f/1.75 aperture) accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s an 8MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

One of the major highlights of the Honor X7d is its massive 6,500mAh battery, supported by 35W proprietary SuperCharge technology. Out of the box, the phone runs MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15.

Certification details previously leaked have also pointed to multiple variants. The Honor X7d 4G (model number LGN-LX2) and Honor X7d 5G (model number LGN-NX1) have received TDRA certification with registration numbers ER49557/25 and ER49559/25 respectively. Both are categorised under “Mobile Phones” in the database, and the certification remains valid until August 20, 2028, confirming their launch in the UAE market.

Additionally, a Google Play Console listing has revealed details for the Honor X7d 4G (model number LGN-LX1), which is the 6GB RAM variant. The listing confirms Android 15, a Qualcomm Snapdragon SM6225 chipset (4x ARM Cortex A73 @ 2.40GHz + 4x ARM Cortex A53 @ 1.90GHz), Adreno 610 GPU, and a 720 x 1610 pixels resolution display with 320 xhdpi density. While the SM6225 corresponds to the Snapdragon 680 (released in 2021), Honor is expected to equip the device with the Snapdragon 685 instead.
