Honor is preparing to launch several new smartphones, and recent leaks have shared important details about the Honor 600, Honor 600 Pro, and the budget-friendly Honor Play 80 series. With strong chipsets and large batteries, these new models could make a big impact in both the mid-range and entry-level markets.
The Honor 600 series will likely have a 6.57-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, putting both phones in the premium mid-range class.
Leaks point to a metal frame, glass back, a punch-hole display, and a new camera design inspired by flagship phones.
Inside, the regular Honor 600 will probably use the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, while the Pro model may get the faster Snapdragon 8 Elite chip for almost flagship-level performance.
A major highlight is the camera system. Both phones are expected to have a 200MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP front camera.
The Honor 600 Pro goes a step further with a 50MP telephoto lens, offering better zoom and more flexible photography options.
Battery life might be the standout feature for the Honor 600 series. Some reports mention a battery as large as 9,000 mAh, which is much larger than most rivals’.
Charging is fast too, with 60W on the Honor 600 and up to 80W on the Pro version.
This combination of a large battery and fast charging could provide users with long-lasting power and quick recharges, meeting a key need for many buyers.
The Honor 600 will likely start at about €400, and the Pro version may cost around €630, making both models strong options in the upper mid-range market.
Both phones are expected to use MagicOS 10, which is based on Android 16, and could offer features like IP68 water resistance, in-display fingerprint sensors, NFC, and support for Wi-Fi 6E and 7.
Honor is also growing its budget lineup with the Honor Play 80, which comes with a 6.75-inch display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, and a 5,300mAh battery.
It has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera, and is aimed at budget buyers. The phone also supports 5G and comes in several RAM and storage options.
The Honor 600 series seems to offer top-tier cameras, strong processors, and some of the biggest batteries in the industry. Meanwhile, the Play 80 lineup helps Honor compete in the budget market. If these leaks are accurate, Honor could become a major player in several smartphone categories by 2026.
The Honor 600 series is expected to offer a 1.5K OLED display, Snapdragon chipsets, a 200MP primary camera, and a large battery with fast charging support.
The Honor 600 may feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, while the Honor 600 Pro is likely to come with a more powerful Snapdragon 8-series chipset.
The Honor 600 Pro is tipped to include a 200MP main sensor along with a telephoto lens, offering enhanced zoom and high-quality photography.
Leaks suggest a massive battery capacity of up to 9,000mAh, along with fast charging support.
The Honor Play 80 series is aimed at budget users, offering basic performance, 5G connectivity, and a large display at an affordable price point.
