HMD is reportedly preparing to launch its next Crest series smartphones, the HMD Crest 2 and HMD Crest 2 Pro. Last week, there were leaks revealing key specs about the upcoming phones and now fresh leaks are revealing pricing details. Here’s a quick look at what all we know about these upcoming phones.
HMD Crest 2 – Expected Price and Specifications

According to the latest leak, the HMD Crest 2 could be priced at ₹14,999 for the 6GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. As for availability, the device is expected to remain exclusive to the Indian market just like its predecessor.
In terms of specifications, the HMD Crest 2 is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 5G chipset.
For photography, the smartphone may include a 50MP primary camera. The device is also said to pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging. On the software front, it is expected to run Android 16 out of the box.

The HMD Crest 2 Pro is expected to launch at a price of ₹16,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model. As per the leak, the Pro variant could become available in the third quarter of the year, between July and September.
The smartphone is tipped to feature a similar 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution but with a higher 120Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to be powered by the same Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 5G chipset as the standard variant. For cameras, the Crest 2 Pro may offer a 64MP primary sensor. Like the base model, it is expected to house a 6,000mAh battery with 33W charging support and run Android 16.
HMD Key 2 Details
Alongside the Crest 2 series, HMD is also expected to introduce the HMD Key 2 that will be a successor to the HMD Key that launched in January last year.
The HMD Key 2 is tipped to arrive in Europe with a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display featuring HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is expected to include a 5MP front-facing camera and be powered by a Unisoc T310 chipset built on a 12nm process. The device may come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage alongwith support for microSD card expansion.
The smartphone is also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. As per the leak, the HMD Key 2 could be priced in the range of £60 to £70 at launch.
