Google Pixel 7a is almost confirmed to launch at Google I/O 2023 conference on May 10th. The event will also witness the launch of the most-hyped Pixel Fold foldable phone, Pixel tablet and more. 91mobiles exclusively shared the Pixel 7a specifications recently and the renders of the phone have surfaced online as well.

Now, in a new leak, the Pixel 7a is seen in a new Orange/Coral colour variant, courtesy of noted tipster Evan Blass. This new colour is relatively more flashy compared to the already leaked standard White, Black/Gray, and Blue options.

Google is gearing up for its upcoming event, the I/O 2023. The company will host its annual developer event in the US on May 10. At the event, Google is likely to announce Android 14. The company will also announce a bunch of hardware, including the Pixel Fold, Pixel Tablet and Pixel 7a. All three devices mentioned here have been at the top of the rumour mill’s churn of late. The Google Pixel 7a specifications and features were exclusively confirmed by industry sources.

Adding to the leaks is a new one from tipster Evan Blass, aka EvLeaks. The tipster has uploaded an image of the 7a in its new colour option.

Based on the leaked details, it is safe to say that the Pixel 7a might launch in as many as four colour options. The company has typically launched its A series phone in three colour options. However, this time around, Google might add an extra shade to the lineup. Let’s take a look at the Google Pixel 7a specifications, features and other details leaked ahead of the launch.

Pixel 7a Specifications (Expected)

* Display: The Google Pixel 7a is tipped to flaunt a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter, and symmetrical bezels.

* Processor: The Pixel 7a is expected to be powered by the Tensor G2 chipset, which is the same SoC that is present on Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. 

* RAM and storage: The smartphone will pack 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of onboard storage along with UFS 3.1.

* OS: The Pixel 7a is expected to boot Android 13 OS out of the box

* Cameras: As for the cameras, you will find a 64MP rear camera with OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, the phone is tipped to house a 10.8MP front camera. 

* Battery and charging: The smartphone will pack a 4,400mAh battery with 20W wired charging support. For the first time, there will be wireless charging support on a Pixel-A series model.

* Connectivity: Pixel 7a features 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

Google Pixel 7a Price (Expected)

Pixel 7a will reportedly cost 💲499 (around Rs 41,000). We expect the cost in India to be around the same line.

With Coral, it means that the Pixel 7a will be available in two fun colors, with light blue being the other. This is the first time Google is offering its Pixel phones in four colors instead of the usual maximum of three.

Google, however, did offer the Nexus 6P in four colors: Aluminum, Graphite, Frost, or Gold. Overall, the A-series has had greatly varying color qualities that we impacted by external factors:

Ans) The Google Pixel 7a will be a premium smartphone offering and sit below the flagship Pixel 7 series. It will debut on May 10 at I/O 2023. The Pixel 7a is likely to launch with a single 8GB + 128GB storage option for CAD 702 (roughly Rs 42,200). It will boot Android 13 out of the box.
