Google has expanded its premium smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Google Pixel 10a, joining the flagship Google Pixel 10 and the high-end Google Pixel 10 Pro. All three devices are now available in the country. This means if you are someone interested in a Pixel phone, you now have to decide which Pixel phone you should choose.
Here’s a detailed comparison of the three models to help you decide.
Price plays a crucial role in deciding between these three models.
The Pixel 10a is positioned as the most affordable option, making it ideal for users who want the Pixel experience, AI features, and long-term updates without paying flagship prices.
The Pixel 10 sits in the middle, offering a balance between performance, camera upgrades, and premium design. It is suited for users who want flagship-like performance but do not necessarily need all the Pro-level enhancements.
The Pixel 10 Pro commands the highest price in the lineup and is aimed at power users who want top-tier cameras, the best display, and maximum performance without compromise.

Pixel 10 and 10 Pro feature a premium design with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back, and aluminium frames with an IP68 rating. Pixel 10a keeps an aluminium frame and IP68 but uses Gorilla Glass 7i and a plastic back panel, making it lighter with a slightly different feel.
All three phones sport 120Hz OLED displays, but the Pixel 10 Pro offers a higher resolution 1.5K panel and slightly brighter peak display than the Pixel 10a and Pixel 10. Pixel 10a also features slightly thicker bezels and marginally less screen space.
Pixel 10a is powered by the Tensor G4 SoC, the same core chip seen in earlier Pixel A-series models, offering reliable performance for daily tasks. Meanwhile, Pixel 10 & 10 Pro are equipped with the newer Tensor G5 SoC, delivering stronger CPU, GPU, and AI performance compared to the G4 in the 10a.
Pixel 10 Pro also benefits from higher RAM (up to 16GB) than the entry-level 8GB on the Pixel 10a and 12GB on the Pixel 10.
All three devices run Android 16 and benefit from Google’s long-term software support including seven years of operating system and security updates.
Pixel 10 Pro leads with a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 48MP ultrawide, and a 48MP periscope telephoto lens (5x optical zoom), offering the most flexible imaging system in the series. Pixel 10 adds a 10.8MP telephoto camera alongside its 48MP main and 13MP ultrawide sensors. Pixel 10a sticks with a dual camera setup with a 48MP main lens with OIS and a 13MP ultrawide sensor.
For front Camera, Pixel 10 Pro leads with a 42.5MP selfie camera. Pixel 10 uses a 10.5MP front camera, while Pixel 10a offers a 13MP front shooter without autofocus.
All three support 4K video at 60fps from both front and rear, while only the Pixel 10 Pro adds 8K video recording capability
Pixel 10a comes with a slightly larger battery capacity than its siblings, but offers 10W wireless charging (slower). Pixel 10 and 10 Pro, on the other hand, feature 15W wireless charging and similar wired charging speeds.
Battery life differences are minor, but the Pixel 10a’s combination of hardware and battery size tends to deliver strong endurance.
Pixel 10a is the best option for everyday users and budget-conscious buyers who want a clean Android, reliable cameras, and solid performance without premium pricing. Pixel 10, on the other hand, is ideal for most users seeking balanced performance, versatile cameras, and a premium experience without breaking the bank.
