CMF has launched its first-ever over-ear headphones, the CMF Headphone Pro. It marks the brand’s official entry into the headphone category. Let’s get to know more about the latest device, starting with price and availability.
The CMF Headphone Pro is priced at £79 / $99 / €99. Sales have already started in the UK and EU, while the US launch is scheduled for October 7, 2025 via nothing.tech and select retail partners.
For India, CMF by Nothing has yet to announce any official launch details.
The headphones come in three colours, which are Light Green, Light Grey, and Dark Grey. It comes with additional swappable ear cushions offered in Green and Orange shades for a personalised look.
At the core of the CMF Headphone Pro are 40mm custom dynamic drivers built with PEN+PU dome material and a nickel-plated coating. The setup also includes a 16.5mm copper voice coil, dual-chamber design, and a precision bass duct. Supporting SBC, AAC, and LDAC codecs, the headphones are Hi-Res certified for both wired and wireless playback.
Users can also configure a Personal Sound profile powered by Audiodo™ to fine-tune the output to their hearing preferences.

For noise cancellation, the CMF Headphone Pro features Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) capable of reducing up to 40dB of ambient sound. It relies on five microphones, an adaptive ANC algorithm, environmental noise cancellation (ENC), transparency mode, and a wind noise reduction mesh for clearer performance during calls and music playback.
Control options include a Roller dial for volume adjustment, playback, and ANC toggling. An Energy Slider lets users tweak bass and treble, while a customisable button gives quick access to features like ANC modes, Spatial Audio, or even ChatGPT activation.
Powering the device is a 720mAh battery, offering up to 100 hours of playback (ANC off, AAC codec, 50% volume), around 70 hours on LDAC, and up to 35 hours with ANC enabled. Talk time without ANC goes up to 50 hours. A full charge takes approximately 120 minutes via USB Type-C, while a 5-minute top-up delivers up to 5 hours of playback.
On the connectivity front, the CMF Headphone Pro comes with Bluetooth 5.4, dual-device pairing, and a 10-metre wireless range. It works with Android 5.1 and above, iOS 13 and above, and supports both Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.
Other highlights include IPX2 water resistance, a low-latency mode under 120ms for gaming, and Spatial Audio with dedicated Cinema and Concert modes. Using the Nothing X app, users can remap controls, customise equaliser settings, enable low-lag mode, update firmware, and track the headphones with Find My Headphones.
The headphones weigh 283 grams with cushions adding an additional 45 grams.
