The luxury brand Caviar has recently opened its first showroom in Dubai’s Tamani Arts Tower. The company also hosted an exclusive private viewing event to celebrate, inviting VIP clients and select journalists to see some of the world’s most extravagant iPhones.
Here’s what we know.
Caviar is known for turning everyday gadgets into status symbols and making devices that cost several times more than a standard model.
Caviar’s products were only available in Dubai through partner stores until now. However, the brand aims to offer a direct and personalised experience for luxury tech enthusiasts with its new showroom.
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the Tourbillon Carbon Gold iPhone, a $14,630 masterpiece that combines Apple’s latest technology with a genuine mechanical tourbillon, a high-end watch complication designed to counteract gravity.
Also on display was the Ultra Gold iPhone 15 Pro Max, a device finished in solid gold and the Skeleton Gold Black, which features a skeletonized watch mechanism on its back panel. These models, part of Caviar’s Grand Complications collection, are designed for those who see smartphones as more than just tools, they are expressions of wealth and exclusivity.
Caviar’s Dubai showroom is open by appointment only, catering to a select clientele willing to spend upwards of $8,630 on a single phone. Visitors can see the brand’s intricate craftsmanship up close from carbon fiber elements to solid gold plating.
Luxury technology may not be for everyone, but in a city like Dubai where supercars are everywhere and gold vending machines exist, Caviar’s lavishly reimagined iPhones fit right in.
In other news, Caviar recently revealed a $9,000 John Wick-inspired Galaxy S25 Ultra (though it’s not for sale) and launched an ultra-luxury iPhone 16 Pro collection for Valentine’s Day.
