The launch of Apple MacBook Air M2 which is rumoured to get some design changes and come with MagSafe support, has been reportedly delayed.
If rumours are to be believed then Apple MacBook Air M2 will be launched by later this year. Apple might launch the new M2-powered Mac machines around the same timeline in 2022 as it launched M1 MacBook Air in November 2020.
Any confirmed timeline is yet to be shared by the Apple. Earlier this month, US-based tech giant unveiled M1 Ultra, the world’s most powerful chip for a personal computer in Apple March event. According to the Apple, M1 Ultra is another game-changer for Apple silicon that once again will shock the PC industry. Initially, it was expected that Apple would launch the 13-inch MacBook Air M2 in first half of 2022.
Design-wise, the upcoming MacBook Air M2 is expected to have a flat design similar on the lines of iPad Pro and MacBook Pro. It is expected to be available in multiple colour options, including Blue and Green. The MacBook Air will have two USB Type-C ports and a MagSafe charging port. It is also claimed that the 13.3-inch MacBook Air will not have a mini LED panel.
