Apple has officially opened its second retail store in Mumbai and sixth overall in India. The new outlet, Apple Borivali, began welcoming customers on Thursday, February 26th.

Located at Sky City Mall in Borivali, a prominent residential and commercial area in the city, the store expands Apple’s growing physical retail presence in the country. It follows the launch of Apple BKC and further strengthens the brand’s footprint in India.

The Apple Borivali Store has been designed in line with the company’s global retail architecture. The store features expansive glass façades, open display tables showcasing products and dedicated areas for customer support and learning sessions.

“We’re so inspired by the creativity and enthusiasm of communities across India, and our dedicated team members are excited to welcome and connect with customers in this extraordinary new store, our second in Mumbai,” Deirdre O’Brien, Senior Vice President of Retail and People at Apple, said in a statement.

Customers visiting Apple Borivali can explore the company’s complete product portfolio including the latest iPhone models, Mac computers, iPads, Apple Watch devices, AirPods, and a wide range of accessories. The store also offers hands-on experiences, allowing visitors to try devices before making a purchase.

Customers also have the option to shop online from any Apple Store location in India and choose in-store pickup at their convenience.

In addition to new devices, the store carries accessories such as cases, power adapters, cables, EarPods, MagSafe Charger, and MagSafe Battery for iPhone. MacBook and Mac users can purchase Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, along with various dongles directly from the store.

Apple Borivali operates entirely on 100 percent renewable energy and is carbon-neutral, following the tradition of other Apple retail outlets in India and globally.
