Telecom major Airtel today announced the revision to its prepaid plans and a price hike for its entry-level plans. It has discontinued the Rs 49 entry-level prepaid recharge and raised the minimum prepaid plan to Rs 79.
”Airtel has discontinued its Rs 49 entry-level prepaid recharge. It said that the scheme worth Rs 270 crore is covering credit of Rs 49 mobile plan for 5.5 crore low-income group customers. The Rs 49 pack offered users 100 MB of data and Rs 38 worth of talk time with a validity of 28 days.
