iQOO is expanding its flagship gaming devices with the upcoming iQOO Neo 12 smartphone and iQOO Pad Pro 8.8 tablet, which are scheduled to launch in China on October 28, 2026. iQOO Neo 12 is confirmed to have a 2K 185 Hz flat OLED display with 2200 nits HBM and an 8200 mm² 3D Ice Dome VC Cooling system.
The phone is also said to feature a 3 nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, a Q3 gaming chip, 16 GB RAM, and an in-built cooling fan. iQOO Neo 12 is further powered by a 9000 mAh battery with 100W fast wired charging support and Android 17.
