It appears the global launch of OPPO’s next flagship smartphone lineup is getting closer. The OPPO Find X10 series is scheduled to launch in China later this month, while the international launch is expected to take place by the end of October. Both the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max have now received GCF certification, adding to the growing list of approvals. They have already appeared on Thailand’s NBTC and India’s BIS certification platforms.
OPPO Find X10 and X10 Pro Max Get GCF approval
The latest GCF certification covers two OPPO smartphones carrying model numbers CPH2911 and CPH2913. GCF approval indicates that the devices have completed global mobile network interoperability and conformance testing, making it an important step before a phone reaches commercial markets.
The certification itself does not provide any major hardware details. However, their model numbers have already been linked to the final marketing names through earlier NBTC listings. CPH2911 is expected to launch as the OPPO Find X10, while CPH2913 is associated with the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max.
For the Chinese market, OPPO has confirmed three phones in the Find X10 family, which includes the Find X10, Find X10 Pro and Find X10 Pro Max. There is currently no information available about the specifications of the Find X10E.
OPPO Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max – Key Features
The Find X10 is tipped to feature a 6.59-inch OLED display, while the Pro Max could come with a 6.78-inch OLED panel. The standard model is expected to use the Dimensity 9500 chipset, while the Pro Max could be powered by the Dimensity 9600. Battery capacity is getting a significant upgrade as well. The Find X10 will feature an 8,000mAh battery, compared with the 7,025mAh battery used by the Find X9.
The Find X10 will also bring a notable change to the front of the phone. OPPO has confirmed that the handset will have bezels as thin as 0.99mm, giving the display a more expansive look.
The phone is set to feature a triple rear camera system with two 200-megapixel sensors. One will serve as the primary camera, while the other will be used for telephoto photography.
OPPO will also equip the Find X10 with its Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Original Camera featuring a second-generation Danxia colour restoration lens. The phone will further use OPPO’s LUMO native light and shadow engine, which is designed to help produce more realistic skin tones.
With two 200-megapixel cameras on a standard flagship model, OPPO appears to be putting considerable emphasis on photography with the Find X10.
The Find X10 Pro Max is expected to take things even further with a triple-camera setup consisting of three 200-megapixel cameras.
