The Vivo X500 series is set to launch in China later this month and the brand has now started revealing more details about its upcoming flagship models. Recently, it has officially shown the design and colour options of the Vivo X500 Pro Max, giving us a closer look at the phone ahead of its launch. Here’s a closer look.
Vivo X500 Pro Max Colour Options Revealed
According to teasers shared by Vivo, the upcoming Vivo X500 Pro Max appears in four colour variants called Echoes of the Earth, Sunset Glow, Sunny Day and Night Capture.

The new flagship will feature a Zeiss-tuned triple-camera setup on the rear. The Zeiss branding is positioned in the centre of the camera module, while a secondary light sensor is also placed on the back of the phone.
The LED flash is located separately from the camera island, sitting in the top-left corner of the dual-tone rear panel. Vivo’s branding will be placed vertically toward the bottom-left corner of the handset. The phone will have a flat metal mid-frame. On the right side, the frame houses the power button and volume controls.

At the bottom, the Vivo X500 Pro Max will feature a USB Type-C port, SIM tray and speaker grille. There will also be another speaker grille positioned on the top of the smartphone.
Vivo X500 Pro Max Gets 400mm Telephoto Extender
Previous teasers have confirmed that Vivo X500 Pro Max will receive the brand’s new telephoto extender kit. The accessory includes a telephoto lens with a 400mm focal length and is finished in silver.
The extender kit will also come with a dedicated capture button and a toggle that can be used to zoom in and out. Both the kit and the lens carry Zeiss branding similar to the telephoto extender kit introduced with the Vivo X300 Ultra.
Vivo is expected to reveal more information about the X500 Pro Max and its camera capabilities over the next few days. The Vivo X500 series itself is scheduled to make its debut in China later this month.
