Tecno’s Spark 50 series could soon get another addition as reports claim that the company is working on the Spark 50C 4G for select global markets. However, the smartphone is not expected to launch in India under the Spark 50C branding. A new report suggests that Tecno could introduce the same smartphone in India as the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro. Here’s what we know.

Tecno Spark 50C or Spark Go 3 Pro 4G

According to an exclusive report by PassionateGeekz, the Tecno Spark 50C 4G and Spark Go 3 Pro are expected to share the same design and specifications with the branding being the only major difference. Tecno has used a similar rebranding strategy for several smartphones in the past.

The Spark 50 series currently includes the Spark 50 4G, Spark 50 5G and Spark 50 Pro.

The phone is also expected to run Android 16 out of the box, which could make it one of the newer budget smartphones to ship with the latest Android version.

PassionateGeekz, in its exclusive report, has revealed some key details about the upcoming phone. If Tecno follows its existing rebranding approach, the Spark Go 3 Pro could sit above the current Spark Go 3 4G in the company’s budget lineup.

The existing Spark Go 3 4G features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate along with a Unisoc T7250 chipset, 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front camera. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging and comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The upcoming Spark Go 3 Pro, which is expected to be the rebranded version of the Spark 50C 4G, is likely to retain some of these features. It could continue to offer a 120Hz display and 15W charging, while bringing a larger 6,000mAh battery. The phone is also expected to run Android 16 out of the box, potentially making it a more attractive option in the budget segment.

As of now, the complete specifications of the Tecno Spark 50C 4G and Spark Go 3 Pro are unconfirmed. Tecno has not officially announced either smartphone or revealed its launch timeline.
