Vivo has expanded its Vivo X300 FE lineup in India with a new RAM configuration. The smartphone was originally launched in May this year in two storage variants paired with 12GB of RAM. The company has now introduced an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version, making it the most affordable X300 FE model yet. Here are more details.

Vivo X300 FE’s New 8GB + 256GB Variant

The new Vivo X300 FE 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 84,999 (around $890) in India. It is available to purchase through Flipkart, Amazon, Vivo’s official online store and authorised retail outlets across the country.

For comparison, the existing 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 89,999 (around $943), while the 12GB + 512GB version is priced at Rs. 99,999 (around $1,048). This makes the new 8GB model the cheapest option for customers looking to buy the Vivo X300 FE.

The new variant is available in the same Urban Olive, Lilac Purple and Noir Black colour options.

Introductory Offers

Vivo is also offering several introductory benefits with the new variant. Online buyers can get a flat 10% instant bank discount or UPI offer when using select SBI, HDFC and Axis Bank cards. Customers can also opt for up to 24 months of no-cost EMI or receive a 10% exchange bonus.

Those purchasing the phone offline can get up to 24 months of no-cost EMI at Rs. 3,542 per month with zero down payment. There is also up to 10% instant cashback on selected bank cards from SBI, HDFC, IDFC, DBS, Kotak, Axis and other banks as well as an upgrade bonus of up to 10%.

Other options include V-Shield protection plans starting at Rs. 2,550 (around $27), a 60% assured buyback plan costing Rs. 799 (around $8) and Jio benefits offering up to 5,000GB of data.

Vivo X300 FE – Features

Apart from the RAM configuration, the new Vivo X300 FE variant gets the same hardware and features as the other models. The phone features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,216 x 2,640 pixels. The screen supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz along with a 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+ and a pixel density of 460ppi. It can reach up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness.

The smartphone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Powering the Vivo X300 FE is Qualcomm’s 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with an Adreno 829 GPU and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The phone uses LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

The phone comes with a triple-camera setup on the back, which includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. There is also a 50-megapixel front camera that handles selfies and video calls.
