The Redmi K100 series is expected to make its debut soon and fresh benchmark listings have now revealed key details about two upcoming smartphones. Xiaomi’s sub-brand has already started teasing the arrival of a new K series handset in China with the official launch scheduled to take place later this month during the ChinaJoy event.
Ahead of the expected launch, two alleged Redmi K100 series smartphones have reportedly appeared on Geekbench.
Redmi K100 (M511CD) Appears on Geekbench

According to a tipster Anvin @ZionsAnvin on X, a Redmi K100 series smartphone carrying the model number M511CD has been spotted on Geekbench. In Geekbench tests, the handset achieved a single-core score of 3,429 and a multi-core score of 10,461.
The listing reveals that the phone could be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) chipset. The benchmark listing indicates that the processor is built on a 3nm process and features an octa-core CPU with six efficiency cores clocked at 3.63GHz and two performance cores running at up to 4.61GHz. The chipset is also expected to be paired with an Adreno 840 GPU.
The device was listed with 14.73GB of RAM, which is likely to be marketed as 16GB RAM and it is expected to run Android 16. Reports suggest the smartphone may ship with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.

Another Redmi K100 Series Phone (M098FE) Also Surfaces

A second Redmi K100 series smartphone carrying the model number M098FE has also reportedly been listed on Geekbench. In Geekbench, it recorded a single-core score of 2,965 and a multi-core score of 10,064.
The benchmark database suggests that this device is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (SM8850) processor with an octa-core CPU, featuring six cores clocked at 3.63GHz and two high-performance cores reaching up to 4.61GHz. The chipset is paired with an Adreno (TM) 840 GPU. The phone was reportedly tested with 16GB RAM and Android 16.

Like the first model, this handset had also been previously spotted on the 3C certification website with support for 100W wired charging.

Expected Redmi K100 Specifications
The Geekbench listings arrive shortly after Redmi started teasing the launch of a new K series smartphone, which is widely expected to be the Redmi K100.
Recent reports suggest that the Redmi K100 could feature a 6.6-inch display. The smartphone is also tipped to pack a massive 8,500mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. In addition, it is reportedly expected to support 50W wireless fast charging.
While these benchmark listings provide an early look at the upcoming Redmi K100 series, Xiaomi is yet to officially confirm the specifications and launch details. The official unveiling is expected during the ChinaJoy event later this month.
