The benchmark listing not only confirms the processor but also reveals key hardware details, benchmark scores and the Android version the smartphone is expected to run. According to tipster Anvin on X, the Oppo A7 Pro Max carrying the model number PYC110 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform. The listing suggests that the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 (SM4850) chipset, marking the first look at the processor’s benchmark performance.

The chipset features an octa-core CPU with six cores clocked at 2.02GHz and two performance cores running at 2.40GHz. Graphics duties are handled by the Adreno 629 GPU.

The Geekbench listing further reveals that the tested unit is equipped with 12GB of RAM and runs Android 16 out of the box.

In terms of performance, the device scored 976 points in the single-core test and 2,250 points in the multi-core benchmark.

Earlier reports suggested that Oppo is preparing to launch the A7 series with the Oppo A7 Pro Max expected to be one of the standout models in the lineup.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the smartphone could become Oppo’s first device to feature a massive 10,000mAh battery supporting an earlier leak that surfaced in June. The large 10,000mAh battery is said to support 80W fast charging. Despite packing such a high-capacity battery, the phone is tipped to maintain a relatively slim profile measuring 8.47mm in thickness and weighing 226 grams.

The handset is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to be powered by the same Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset that has now been confirmed through the Geekbench listing.

For photography, the Oppo A7 Pro Max is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. On the front, the smartphone is tipped to house a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

Notably, Oppo has not officially confirmed the existence of the Oppo A7 Pro Max. However, the growing number of leaks and the latest Geekbench appearance suggest that its official launch may not be too far away.
