Oppo Reno 16 Series – Triple 50MP Rear Cameras
One of the key highlights of the OPPO Reno 16 series is its camera setup. OPPO has confirmed that both devices will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens that supports 3.5x optical zoom.
For selfies and video calls, the lineup will include a 50-megapixel front-facing ultra-wide camera with a 100-degree field of view.
The addition of a dedicated telephoto lens marks a significant upgrade compared to the Reno 15c, which did not offer telephoto zoom capabilities.
OPPO has also equipped the Reno 16 series with a Dual Flash System designed to improve image quality in low-light conditions. The smartphones will further support features such as AI Remix Collage, Pop Cam, Popout 2.0, and Dual-View Video 2.0.
Video recording capabilities include support for 4K 60fps HDR video across all three focal lengths, including the ultra-wide, primary, and telephoto cameras.

Oppo Reno 16 Series – Other Confirmed Features
OPPO has confirmed that the Reno 16 series will introduce a new 3D Pop Planet Design that creates a distinctive three-dimensional visual effect on the rear panel.
The smartphones will also debut the AI Snap Key in the Reno lineup. Similar to shortcut buttons seen on other premium smartphones, the AI Snap Key can be used to quickly access features and save content directly to MindSpace for better organisation.
The OPPO Reno 16 will feature a 6.32-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,800 nits. Meanwhile, the Reno 16c will come with a larger 6.57-inch AMOLED display offering the same Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate but with a peak brightness of up to 1,400 nits.
Both smartphones will feature an aerospace-grade aluminium frame and support Splash Touch and Glove Touch technologies for improved usability in different conditions.
Durability appears to be another major focus for the Reno 16 series. OPPO has confirmed that both devices will carry IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications.
The OPPO Reno 16 series will be available in three colour options named Starry White, Twilight Violet and Stellar Purple.
OPPO Bubble Accessory Launching Alongside Reno 16 Series

The company has also confirmed the launch of the OPPO Bubble accessory alongside the Reno 16 series.
The Bubble is a compact circular device that magnetically attaches to compatible Reno 16 series smartphones. It features a 1.73-inch AMOLED display that can function as a camera viewfinder and remote control.
The accessory supports Bluetooth connectivity with a range of up to 10 metres and allows users to personalise the display with custom wallpapers and interactive virtual pets. It houses a 550mAh battery and comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
