Huawei is set to re-enter the Indian tablet market after a gap of more than five years. And this time, the company is preparing to launch not one but two devices, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 and the Huawei MatePad SE 11. Dedicated microsites for both tablets previously went live on Flipkart and have revealed key details and pricing. Now, the latest listings have disclosed their complete specifications and features. Here’s what we know based on recent reveals.
Huawei MatePad 11.5 – Key Features (Revealed)
As per the Flipkart listing, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 will be powered by the Kirin T82B chipset, which is claimed to offer a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz. It will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will be available in Space Grey and Violet colour options.
The tablet will feature an 11.5-inch 2.5K TFT LCD PaperMatte display with a resolution of 2,456×1,600 pixels. It supports up to a 120Hz refresh rate and offers up to 600 nits of peak brightness. For photography, the device includes a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera, both capable of recording videos at up to 1080p.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. The tablet is backed by a 10,100mAh battery and comes equipped with sensors such as an ambient light sensor, gravity sensor, and hall sensor. The Huawei MatePad SE 11 will be available in a single Nebula Grey colour option and will be powered by the Kirin 710A chipset, clocked at 2.2GHz. It will feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The tablet sports an 11-inch Full-HD+ TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1,900×1,200 pixels, offering up to 400 nits of peak brightness. It also comes with TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certifications for improved eye comfort.
For cameras, the MatePad SE 11 includes an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, both supporting 1080p video recording. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1.
The device packs a 7,700mAh battery with support for 22.5W wired fast charging. It measures 252.3×163.8×6.9mm and weighs approximately 475 grams.
