OnePlus has officially confirmed key details about its upcoming OnePlus Ace 6. The phone is set to debut in China on October 27 alongside the OnePlus 15. While a retailer listing last week already hinted at some specifications, the brand has now shared an official poster teaser revealing several standout features of the performance-focused smartphone.

According to the details shared by OnePlus in one of the latest teasers, the Ace 6 will be the most performance-driven device in the Ace lineup yet. The smartphone will feature a flat OLED display supporting an ultra-high 165Hz refresh rate, offering multiple gaming refresh modes including 165Hz, 144Hz, 120Hz, 90Hz, and 60Hz.
For security, the device will come equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The build quality will be reinforced by a metal middle frame and IP66 / IP68 / IP69 / IP69K water and dust resistance rating, ensuring enhanced durability.
The biggest highlight is its massive 7,800mAh battery, making it the largest ever battery in any OnePlus smartphone. This is even bigger than the 7,300mAh battery unit in the upcoming OnePlus 15. The Ace 6 will support 120W fast charging, although wireless charging will reportedly remain exclusive to the more premium OnePlus 15.
OnePlus Ace 6 – What Else We Know?
Based on previous leaks, the OnePlus Ace 6 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. It will run ColorOS 16-based Android 16 out of the box.
In terms of optics, the device could feature a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies and a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary lens. The smartphone is also said to launch in white, silver, and black colour options.
Globally, a rebranded version of the Ace 6 is expected to launch as the OnePlus 15R in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, OnePlus is reportedly developing its first Turbo-branded smartphone, which will be part of the Ace lineup. According to a reliable tipster named Digital Chat Station (DCS) on Weibo, the device will likely launch as the OnePlus Ace 6 Turbo, though the official name is yet to be confirmed.
The Ace 6 Turbo is expected to debut sometime after the October 27 event, possibly in November. This will be after the launch of the OnePlus 15, Ace 6, and OnePlus Pad 2 tablet.
As per DCS, the upcoming Turbo edition will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and feature an OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.
The tipster also claims that the Ace 6 Turbo will include an 8,000mAh battery. However, this contradicts an earlier report suggesting a 7,650mAh unit. There is a possibility that OnePlus could be testing two versions, one with a 7,650mAh battery and another the Ace 6 Turbo with the higher 8,000mAh capacity.
Previous leaks also indicated that the Turbo edition would support 100W fast charging, making it one of the most powerful smartphones in the series.
