The form consists of 4 parts that include Incident Details, Suspect Details, Complaint details, and preview and submit. -Under the incidents details column, enter the details asked.-Click on Save and Next. -Under the suspect detail section, mention the name, identity proof, or any other proof that you carry. -Under the complaints details option, enter your details such as e-mail id, photograph, etc, and move to the next step. -Once you have verified all the details, click on the Confirm and Submit button. Your complaint has now been filed. -You can also download the PDF file of the complaint filed.Cyber Crime Helpline Number National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal also has a helpline number, which you can dial to register a complaint online.
