Carl Pei Future Plans For Nothing after Nothing Phone (2): Is Nothing Foldable Phone In Making ?
Nothing foldable phones not in the works In an exclusive interview with India Today, the Nothing CEO made it clear they have no plans to release a foldable phone, despite rumours suggesting otherwise. Pei considers these devices to be “niche products.”
Pei said it is good that some brands are building it. However, he mentioned, “if you look at how the foldables are evolving, they are all the same again.”
The CEO’s thoughts on foldable smartphones likely indicate at similar designs that we generally see on different generations of foldable phones.
What Pei said about the Nothing Phone (2)? Regarding the Nothing Phone (2), which is now launched, the CEO expressed contentment with the prospect of selling a similar number of units as the Nothing Phone (1). The company’s first smartphone achieved sales of nearly 750,000 units.
