The global version of the Vivo X500 has now appeared on the Geekbench 7 database, revealing several key details about the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone has been listed with the model number V2619 and reveals a different chipset than what was previously expected for the Vivo X500 global model. Here’s what we know.

According to the Geekbench 7 listing, first shared on X by tipster Abhishek Yadav @yabhishekhd, the Vivo X500 Global Edition uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 platform. The listing identifies the motherboard as k6993v1_64, which points towards the Dimensity 9500 platform.
The phone is powered by an eight-core processor with a peak CPU clock speed of 4.21GHz. The configuration includes four cores clocked at 2.70GHz, three cores running at 3.50GHz and one core reaching 4.21GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU.
The Vivo X500 global edition scored 2,563 points in the single-core test and 8,130 points in the multi-core test. The Geekbench listing also shows 12GB of RAM and Android 17.
The use of the Dimensity 9500 is noteworthy because the Vivo X500 was previously expected to feature the newer Dimensity 9600M. That chipset is associated with the k6993v2_64 motherboard identifier. However, the new Geekbench listing carries the k6993v1_64 identifier instead, pointing to the Dimensity 9500.

Vivo X500 China Launch Details
The Vivo X500 series is scheduled to launch in China on September 21 at 7:00 PM local time, which is 4:30 PM IST. The lineup will include three models, the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max.
The China version of the Vivo X500 has already appeared on Geekbench in the past with the model number V2609A. That version recorded 2,694 points in the single-core test and 7,770 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench 6.7.1 for Android.
With the global Vivo X500 now appearing on Geekbench, the listing provides an early indication of the hardware that could be used in the international version.
However, Vivo has not yet officially confirmed the specifications of the global edition.
