Realme 11 Pro series made its debut in India this month. The series includes two models- Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+. The smartphones received an overall design change making the series more desirable for consumers. The devices feature premium vegan leather on the rear panel and the brand has partnered with Gucci designer Matteo Menotto as part of the smartphone’s overall design. The series was already attracting a lot of users after its launch in India and now the smartphone brand has arrived with another amazing offer which might give consumers one more reason to go for this newly launched series. Realme India has today announced a one-year warranty extension for the Realme 11 Pro series in India starting from Rs.1299. Under this plan, the users can make an unlimited number of repair requests up to the benefit value can be availed or one instance of replacement of their Registered device can be availed under the plan. This plan includes any mechanical or electrical breakdown/defects to the registered device which is legally imported in India and sold through official channels of Realme and supported by an invoice & Manufacturer’s Warranty/Guarantee. Realme launched the Realme 11 Pro series smartphones such as the Realme 11 Pro and the Realme 11 Pro+ in India a couple of days back. The newly launched Realme 11 Pro series devices feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Realme 11 Pro and the Realme 11 Pro+ are powered by Dimensity 7050 SoC. These devices run Android 13 out of the box with Realme UI 4.0 on top. The phones are already available for purchase via the Realme website, Flipkart and retail outlets. Now, the company has announced a one-year warranty extension plan for the Realme 11 Pro series. The brand took to Twitter to announce the one-year warranty extension details on the Realme 11 Pro series. Customers Can Purchase 1 Year Warranty Extension Plan In India Customers will need to pay Rs 1,299 if they want an additional one-year warranty extension on their Realme 11 Pro series devices. Realme also mentions via its Twitter handle, that users can make an unlimited number of repair requests up to the benefit value under this plan. Also, if there is any mechanical or electrical breakdown/defects to the registered device which is legally imported in India and sold through official sales channels of Realme and supported by an invoice and manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee will be covered under this plan. Buyers can purchase the extended warranty plan via Realme’s official stores, official websites and selected e-commerce portals in India. Realme 11 Pro Series Specifications Speaking about the specifications, the Realme 11 Pro series flaunts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Realme 11 Pro series is powered by Dimensity 7050 SoC which is coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Realme 11 Pro feature a 100MP dual-camera setup, whereas the Realme 11 Pro+ flaunts a 200MP triple-camera setup. Both phones have an in-display fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, and dual speakers. Realme Warranty Policy This warranty policy applies to realme products sold in India only, which includes Mobile Phones, Accessories, IoT Products, TVs, Laptop etc. During the warranty period, if a functional failure occurs upon normal usage, realme will provide free repair service or replacement according to the standard policy guidelines set by the company. Realme Mobile Phone, Tablet, Monitor, Accessories & IoT Products Warranty Policy Warranty Cover Conditions * Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India. The international warranty is not applicable * The warranty period of the mobile device is applicable from the activation date or Invoice date whichever is earlier. Delayed activation date due to unforeseen logistics delays on product delivery will be considered however a valid proof of purchase i.e. Invoice is mandatory to produce if demanded at the service center to avail product replacements. * To avail warranty service support for realme accessories & IoT products, customers are required to carry the original box pack while visiting the service center along with valid purchase proof of Invoice. * Some accessories (for example toothbrush bristles, hair dryer nozzle, trimmers combs, manual, warranty card, etc.) are not covered by this warranty. * During the warranty period, if any functional failure occurs, realme will provide maintenance services free of charge for workmanship and required spare parts through their authorized service centers. All replaced parts are owned by realme. * Warranty does not cover if the device gets rooted by the user and if it cannot get restored by a software update, ASC to ensure to take prior approval from the customer before flashing the software. * Devices/products given for business activities to teams will get service as per the realme service policy. Warranty start dates will be considered by the activation date. * In case of any dispute, where there is no fault found in the device by the authorized service center and the user is not agreeing then both parties may agree for testing of the device by agencies authorized by Consumer court/organization. The testing fee should be submitting in advance by both parties. If after testing it found quality issue then the testing fee will be borne by the service center, if no fault found in the device then a fee will be borne by the user. * If there is any conflict between this service policy and national laws and regulations, all national laws and regulations shall prevail. Warranty Exclusions This warranty neither covers man-made damages nor any of the following conditions, however, paid repair services are available. * The device has exceeded the standard warranty duration. * Any unauthorized repair, through the third party. Disassembly, self-repair, modification, and other human behaviours that cause damage. * Warranty sticker is missing/misplaced or altered * Warranty does not cover natural wear and tear (for example cable, connector, etc.), use of non-realme accessories, usage under extreme conditions, damage caused by an act of God such as floods, fire or earthquakes * Accessories & IOT products are not repairable. * The device is damaged due to improper use such as falling, squeezing, water damage, etc., * Non-realme official warranty commitments * No warranty card and valid proof of purchase, however, an exception can be granted if the customer can prove that the accessory is within the warranty period * Products purchased overseas are not entitled to claim warranty services in domestic service centers however can avail repair services on chargeable basis taking into consideration of spare part costs etc., with a prior appointment at service centers.
