Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Leak Reveals Signature Colours, Galaxy S23 Ultra Camera Specs Samsung Galaxy S23 series is launching on February 1st 2023. The recently unveiled 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor will be part of the camera system on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Galaxy S23 Ultra front camera is also changing. Samsung Galaxy S23 series signature colour options have also been revealed in a separate leak. Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Launch in India Samsung is set to launch the next instalment of its flagship Galaxy S series smartphones. The series will consist of three smartphones - Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra launching on February 1st 2023 on the Unpacked Galaxy Event. Before the launch, tipster Ice Universe has leaked camera specs of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The leak suggests that Samsung's recently unveiled 200MP ISOCELL HP2 will be part of the camera system on the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, besides the selfie camera getting an upgrade. Samsung has changed all the camera sensors except the 10MP 3x and 10x telephoto units, which are still Sony IMX754 sensors, according to a recent screenshot - spotted by Ice Universe - from a hardware ID app outlining Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications. All three Samsung Galaxy S23 models' displays will have a maximum brightness of 1,750 nits. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Specifications Instead of the ISOCELL HM3 sensor, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the ISOCELL HP2 sensor. It also reveals that the Sony IMX564 – rather than the IMX563 – is the sensor used in the 12MP ultra-wide camera. Specifications are lacking because it appears that the IMX564 sensor is new. In addition to the rear cameras, the screenshot also confirms a decrease in total megapixels for the selfie camera on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, as well as a new, mysterious ISOCELL sensor. Galaxy S22 Ultra featured a 40MP ISOCELL Slim GH1 front camera, this year, the S23 Ultra is presumably moving to a 12MP sensor. While it may seem like a downgrade, Galaxy S22 Ultra’s selfie camera used pixel binning, giving an effective resolution of 10MP for photos. Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Signature Colours In a separate leak, tipster Evan Blass has spotted the pre-order marketing teaser, which hints that the signature Samsung Galaxy S23 colour will be Cotton Flower, while the Samsung Galaxy S23+ will come in Misty Lilac. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra can also be seen in an attractive Botanic Green colour option.
