Oppo, back in December, unveiled the Oppo Find N2 foldable in the Chinese market. Within a few months of launch, the details of its successor - the Oppo Find N3 have started surfacing on the web. Now, in the latest development, some of the specifications of the upcoming Oppo Find N3 have surfaced on the Chinese micro-blogging site - Weibo, courtesy of Digital Chat Station. The tipster claims that the upcoming Find N series foldable from Oppo will feature a larger display compared to its predecessor - the Find N2. Apart from it, DCS has also revealed that the Find N3 will feature a periscope camera lens and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. OPPO launched the Find N2 foldable back in December 2022. This is the brand's most premium flagship that has the same design as the Samsung GalaxyZ Flip 4, but with a slightly shorter screen. Now, it appears the brand has started working on a potential successor, which could be called the OPPO Find N3, details of which have leaked on Weibo. The first biggest change the Find N3 is touted to bring is a larger 8-inch main display; in comparison, the Find N2 had a smaller 7.1-inch panel. Let us take a closer look at the details. Digital Chat Station claims that the upcoming Find N series foldable will feature an 8-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2268 × 2440 pixel resolution. To those unaware, the current generation foldable - the Find N2 features a 7.1-inch AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 1792 × 1920 pixel resolution. The upcoming Find N foldable from Oppo is tipped to feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 camera with optical image stablisation (OlS) on the rear. It will reportedly be accompanied by a 48MP Sony IMX581 sensor which will function as an ultra-wide-angle lens. The smartphone is tipped to sport a 32MP L07D1W22 periscope sensor. Talking about the front camera, the cover display is said to house a 20MP selfie shooter. Whereas, the main display might sport a 32MP selfie camera. Oppo's upcoming foldable is rumoured to sport a 4805mAh battery unit under the hood. Oppo might equip the upcoming foldable handset with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Oppo decided not to launch the Oppo Find N and the Oppo Find N2 in global markets and kept both of these exclusive to the Chinese market. The OPPO Find N3 is expected to come with two selfie cameras, one for the cover screen and one for the main display. The resolutions for the cameras will be 20MP and 32MP sensors, respectively.
