It has appeared on NBTC, TDRA, IMDA, and FCC databases. Among these certifications, all have the device marked with the model number 23021RAAEG. The FCC listing reveals that the smartphone has two different memory variants 8GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB. Looks like Xiaomi is working on launching the Redmi Note 12 4G global variant. The device was earlier spotted at the IMEI database listing, confirming its existence. Now, in the latest development, the Redmi Note 12 4G has secured a few more certifications as well. The handset has appeared on NBTC, TDRA, FCC and IMDA certifications, as spotted by MySmartPrice. The newly received certifications reveal the marketing name of the device as well as confirm the model number 23021RAAEG. The 'G" at the end means global. The FCC listing reveals the Redmi Note 12 4G runs on MIUI 14 OS out of the box, which is expected. The TDRA confirms the moniker of the phone. Besides the model number and name, no other specification details are revealed at the moment. Redmi Note 12 4G Specifications & Features Past rumours have suggested the Redmi Note 12 4G could be a rebadge of the Redmi Note 10 Pro. Now that the phone has started appearing on the web frequently, the launch could be happening soon. There is a 16MP sensor for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Other than that, the certifications don’t reveal much, however, previous reports state that the phone will have an Android 13-based MIUI 14 operating system onboard. The base version of the device is expected to have a 4GB + 64GB configuration. This configuration will likely ship to global regions like India, and Indonesia among others.
