Google pixel 8 big battery Archives ~ My Mobile India

HIGHLIGHTS * Google is expected to launch the Pixel 8 series later this year. * A new leak shows what’s supposed to be the Pixel 8 Pro but it’s of a prototype model. * The leaked image adds to the speculation that there won’t be any design change with the Pixel 8 Pro. Google's Pixel 8 lineup is nearly four months away from its launch. But the phone's renders and some marketing images have already leaked online, revealing the design changes Google has in store for this year's refresh. Now, some hands-on photos of the Pixel 8 Pro have surfaced online, thanks to a tester who received the unit from Google's device team for testing. The person went on to share the phone's pictures on Reddit, breaking the NDA in the process. From the hands-on photos, it's evident the Pixel 8 Pro will have notably rounded edges than its predecessors (via Droid-Life). This corroborates a previous leak that had indicated the Pixel 8's display curvature would be twice that of the Pixel 7 Pro. This should help make the phone more ergonomic and pocket-friendly. It also confirms the phone will ship with a flat display, bidding farewell to the curved panel found on previous Pixels. The phone's fastboot screen confirms its "husky" codename, with the unit having 12GB of Samsung-supplied LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB storage sourced from SK Hynix. Plenty of stickers on the back confirm the device is meant for testing and evaluation purposes. We also get a clear view of the triple-camera setup housed in a unified pill, which appears larger than before and seems to include bigger cameras. Google reportedly plans to overhaul the Pixel 8 Pro's camera system with a newer 50MP primary sensor and a larger 64MP Sony IMX787 ultra-wide sensor. Coupled with the faster ISP of the Tensor G3 chip and staggered HDR, these upgrades should lead to a noticeable bump in the image quality of the upcoming Pixels. The Google Pixel 8 Pro looks quite sleek in the hands-on images, though this is a test prototype, and the retail unit could pack some minor design changes. Knowing how bad Google is at keeping leaks of its devices in check, expect more Pixel 8 hands-on photos to pop up before its debut in October this year. Google Pixel 8 leaks are turning out to be a daily affair with the latest one turning out to be the alleged prototype of the Pixel 8 Pro. We had already gotten a good look at the Pixel 8 Pro in our past leak about the new infrared thermometer. Now this new leaked image claims to be of the Pixel 8 Pro prototype, and the design is the same as what we saw before. Google Pixel 8 Pro Leaked Image The Google Pixel 8 Pro image was shared on Reddit, and it shows the front and back design of the phone. The Reddit post has been taken down but Droid Life managed to grab the image before it was deleted. The Pixel 8 Pro is seen in black colour with the triple rear cameras inside the pill-shaped module. Up front, it’s a bezel-less display with a punch-hole selfie camera placed at the top-centre. There’s also the white-coloured sensor sitting below the LED flash. This is a new infrared sensor for the built-in thermometer that’s coming with the Pixel 8 Pro. It basically turns the phone into a thermometer making it capable of measuring your body temperature. The Pixel 8 Pro unit in the leaked image is a prototype since there’s clear indication of the phone labeled only “for test/evaluation”. It does however confirm previous leaks of the Pixel 8 Pro looking much like the Pixel 7 Pro, and with no major design change. Only the camera module now clubs all sensors together. The Pixel 7 Pro has two cameras together and one separate at the back. There’s still months to go for the expected debut of the Pixel 8 series so we might just see some changes in the final models. Google Pixel 8 Pro Specifications (Expected) There have been multiple leaks around the Pixel 8 Pro, and here’s what we know so far. * The triple rear camera setup on the Pixel 8 Pro could be a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN2 sensor, a Sony IMX787 ultrawide camera, and a 48MP telephoto lens. It is also expected to house an 11MP front camera for selfies. * The Pixel 8 Pro will most likely be powered by the unreleased Tensor G2 chipset. * The Pixel 8 Pro is said to come in four colour options of Jade, Licorice, Porcelain, and Sky. * The smartphone could house a bigger 4,950mAh battery with 27W fast charging support. Google Pixel 8 Pro hands-on images leak Companies don't like leaks, and Google has been among the most affected by leaks in recent years, to the point that it's started pre-announcing its upcoming smartphones and other devices just to somehow stay ahead of the leak curve. And yet, it's still constantly losing the war. Today, a couple of images leaked on Reddit showing a Pixel 8 Pro prototype. They have since been deleted, along with the account which posted them, and that's generally a pretty good indication that we're not dealing with fakes here. The Pixel 8 Pro is definitely a Pixel, judging by these images, and definitely of the Pro variety, with its three rear cameras. The design is still the iconic Pixel design with the camera 'visor' - or 'huge camera island going from one side to the other', whichever definition you like best. This is clearly a prototype, as labeled, and it's "for test/evaluation only". The "product revision" field shows "husky", a codename that is known to belong to the Pixel 8 Pro. This prototype has 12GB of Samsung-made LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS storage made by SK Hynix. Since this is not meant to be sold, and since the Pixel 8 Pro is still in development, don't take every detail about this device too seriously - the weird pattern on the back glass might be some sort of leak prevention (more like - leak identification, actually) code, and the color doesn't look like something Google would do in 2023 with so little contrast between parts. But, this should be a good indication that the Pixel 8 Pro's design will stay close to that of its predecessor. Remember, the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are only supposedly launching in October, so there's plenty of time left to see them in more exciting leaks from now until then. By the way, according to previously rumored information, that circular blob underneath the LED flash array is an infrared thermometer. The Pixel 8 Pro was said to come with a 6.7-inch 1,344x2,992 120 Hz OLED display, an updated 50 MP main rear camera with Samsung's ISOCELL GN2 sensor, a 64 MP Sony IMX787 sensor for the ultrawide, and the same 5x optical zoom sensor and 11 MP selfie snapper as its predecessor. Faqs 1) Leaked Pixel 8 Pro photos give first real look at Google’s upcoming flagship.Details? Ans) Poor Google doesn’t have much luck with keeping its unreleased Pixel devices under wraps, and the Pixel 8 Pro is no exception. Two leaked photos of Google’s upcoming Pixel flagship were posted to Reddit on Monday, giving us our first look at the front and rear of what appears to be a real Pixel 8 Pro out in the wild. Those original pictures were swiftly removed from Reddit, but thankfully, not before Droidlife could grab a copy. The design is recognizably that of a Pixel device, though there are a few notable differences compared to its predecessor, the Pixel 7 Pro. The photo of the back of the Pixel 8 Pro gives us a clear view of the new triple-camera setup, which is now housed entirely in a single glass oval, unlike the 7 Pro’s separate telephoto lens. A new sensor that can measure the user’s body temperature can also be seen under the flash. There’s no additional information regarding the camera specifications, though previous leaks suggest it’ll be equipped with a 50-megapixel main sensor, 64-megapixel ultrawide, and a 48-megapixel telephoto. There’s also a sticker on the back identifying the phone as a prototype test unit marked with “Zuma” — the code name for Google’s Tensor G3 processor. A pattern of lines can be seen on the lower half of the phone but it’s not entirely clear what this might be, or if it will make it into the final design later this year. The image displaying the front of the Pixel 8 Pro shows the phone’s fastboot screen, which mentions “Husky” (the rumored codename for the Pixel 8 Pro) and lists 12GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also looks like Google has scrapped the curved display in favor of a flat one. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a glimpse at the handset — renders of the Pixel 8 Pro depicting a similar design appeared in March, and the phone made its first unofficial appearance in an internal Google video leaked back in May. Most of what we’re seeing in these new hands-on images reinforce the changes identified in those previous leaks ahead of its official announcement later this year. 2) Google Pixel 8 Pro Images Leak, Revealing New Matte Finish And Possible Temperature Sensor.Details? Ans) Google’s next flagship Pixel phones—likely to be called the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 Pro—are expected to launch this fall. They will be powered by the third-generation Tensor chipset and have a design reminiscent to the current Pixel 7 series, with a few changes. Until now, only concept renders and a brief video of the upcoming devices was available, but now, images of what appears to be the Pixel 8 Pro in the flesh, have leaked on Reddit. As spotted by DroidLife, the now deleted Reddit post revealed the images of the purported Pixel 8 Pro. As per the images, the Pixel 8 Pro could get 12GB RAM made by Samsung, and 128GB as base storage. The images also confirm the phone’s internal codename, ‘Husky.’ The back of the phone has a triple-lens camera system, which is likely to include a wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle, and telephoto lens, as well as a new sensor that some reports suggest is a temperature sensor. Per an earlier leak by 91Mobiles, the video of the alleged Pixel 8 Pro revealed a similar sensor, and same back design, albeit in a white colourway. So, it could be possible that the new sensor makes its way to the final model as well. The design and aesthetics are very similar to the current Pixel 7 series—with the exception of the matte finish on the back glass—which was previously glossy. But, it isn’t clear if there is a case being used with the phone, or if its the pre-release build. If there’s a case, it could be possible that the phone retains the glossy finish, which the past few Pixel phones did ship with. But if not, it will address a long-standing complaint from Pixel fans about the fingerprint-magnet glossy finishes of the Pixel 6 and 7 series phones. It is important to note that Google has already used a matte glass finish on the Pixel Fold phones; ergo, it could likely that the company sticks to the design choice moving forward. As noted by DroidLife, the backside also reveals several stickers that suggest the leaked device in images is a test device “FOR TEST/EVALUATION ONLY" and is not the retail model—intended to be sold. The Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are expected to be released in October—as Google has historically launched its devices in October—after Apple and Samsung have released their own phones.
