Google says the idea is to reduce distractions and allow users to focus more on wellness rather than notifications and apps. The tracker quietly collects biometric data throughout the day and syncs everything to the newly rebranded Google Health app. The device tracks heart rate, sleep quality, recovery, body temperature, blood oxygen levels, workouts, stress, and overall wellness metrics.
