Galaxy S24 Ultra may have a slightly curved screen, contrary to earlier leaks. Equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor. Camera setup to include a 5x optical zoom periscope lens. Scheduled for early release, with launch event rumored for January 30th. Recent rumours about the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra suggest a deviation from expectations, as the device may feature a slightly curved screen. Contrary to leaked live images of the device just a few days ago, showing a flat-screen design, insider information hints at a subtle curvature of 0.3-0.4mm on the bezels. This minimal curve, while possibly imperceptible to the eye, could be felt when handling the phone. Despite these subtle changes in design, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is shaping up to be an impressive device. It's expected to have a Titanium build, enhancing its durability and premium feel. Powering the device will be the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor, which boasts an overclocked Prime CPU core, alongside underclocked Performance and Efficiency cores. In terms of optics, there's a shift in the camera setup as well. The periscope lens, previously offering 10x optical zoom, is reportedly being downgraded to 5x optical zoom. Nonetheless, the phone will still feature a robust 6.8-inch display with an impressive peak brightness of 2500 nits. The base model of the Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumoured to start with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, supported by a 5000mAh battery. This configuration suggests a strong performance focus, catering to both power users and general consumers. The actual release of the Galaxy S24 line is anticipated for January 30th, marking an earlier introduction compared to the Galaxy S23 series. However, since we are all still in the realm of speculations readers are advised to take all this information with a grain of salt. A: The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy processor. It's expected to have a robust 6.8-inch display with a peak brightness of 2500 nits.
