Realme C100 4G has been quietly introduced in Vietnam as a new budget offering focused on battery life and durability. The smartphone arrives with a large display, a high-capacity battery and a rugged design. Here’s more on the newly launched smartphone.
The Realme C100 4G is listed in Vietnam at VND 6,399,000 (approximately Rs. 22,500) for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant.
The handset is available in three colour options, which are Eternal Brown, Triumphal Purple, and White Glory.
The Realme C100 4G features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 240Hz touch sampling rate and can reach brightness levels of up to 1,200 nits. It is protected by ArmorShell Glass for added durability.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G92 Max chipset paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0 out of the box.
For photography, the handset is equipped with a 50-megapixel rear camera featuring an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus support. It offers multiple shooting modes including Night, Portrait, Pro, Dual-View Video and Underwater mode. The rear camera supports up to 10x digital zoom and can record videos at up to 1080p resolution at 30fps. On the front, the phone includes an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options on the device include dual SIM 4G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone also comes equipped with several sensors such as a proximity sensor, light sensor, e-compass, and accelerometer.
For security, it features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor along with face recognition support.
A key highlight of the Realme C100 4G is its massive 8,000mAh battery, which supports up to 45W fast charging. The device is built for durability with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Additionally, it is claimed to have passed the MIL-STD-810H military-grade shock resistance test.
In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures approximately 166.48 x 78.23 x 8.63mm and weighs around 219 grams.
