Realme 11 Pro series made its debut in India this month. The series includes two models- Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+. The smartphones received an overall design change making the series more desirable for consumers. Realme India has today announced a one-year warranty extension for the Realme 11 Pro series in India starting from Rs.1299. Under this plan, the users can make an unlimited number of repair requests up to the benefit value can be availed or one instance of replacement of their Registered device can be availed under the plan. This plan includes any mechanical or electrical breakdown/defects to the registered device which is legally imported in India and sold through official channels of Realme and supported by an invoice & Manufacturer’s Warranty/Guarantee. Customers Can Purchase 1 Year Warranty Extension Plan In India Customers will need to pay Rs 1,299 if they want an additional one-year warranty extension on their Realme 11 Pro series devices. Realme also mentions via its Twitter handle, that users can make an unlimited number of repair requests up to the benefit value under this plan. Also, if there is any mechanical or electrical breakdown/defects to the registered device which is legally imported in India and sold through official sales channels of Realme and supported by an invoice and manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee will be covered under this plan. Realme Warranty Policy This warranty policy applies to realme products sold in India only, which includes Mobile Phones, Accessories, IoT Products, TVs, Laptop etc. During the warranty period, if a functional failure occurs upon normal usage, realme will provide free repair service or replacement according to the standard policy guidelines set by the company. Realme Mobile Phone, Tablet, Monitor, Accessories & IoT Products Warranty Policy Warranty Cover Conditions * Warranty is applicable only for products purchased in India. The international warranty is not applicable * The warranty period of the mobile device is applicable from the activation date or Invoice date whichever is earlier.
