Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to come with large battery and display


After unveiling the recent Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+, it’s time for the South Korean tech major Samsung to add a new member to its premium Note series, allegedly called the Note 9. The rumours have started to pile up, and the recent ones tip at more specs the device could comprise.

According to posts on Twitter by two varying tipsters, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to sport a bigger 6.4-inch screen size than the predecessor which has a 6.3-inch one. The smartphone is expected to feature the same Infinity display as the Galaxy Note 8.

Additionally, it is suggested that the smartphone will scale up the battery capacity from 3,300mAh to either 3,850mAh or 4,000mAh.

While not much is known about the specs of the smartphone, it is suggested that the Galaxy Note 9 could come with the same processor as the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+. There could be 6GB of RAM for the Galaxy Note 9.

Furthermore, the smartphone could have a dual-camera setup at the back, much like the Galaxy Note 8 and is likely to run Android 8.1 Oreo.

However, the aforementioned information being just a rumour can’t be considered as concrete. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to get introduced in August. So, stay tuned with us for further updates.
