Motorola to launch entry-level Moto C2 with Android Go edition

Motorola is now speculated to unleash a One Power smartphone that will operate on Android One program. Recent leaks and certifications also claim that the company might launch another smartphone based on Android Go platform, also known as Android Oreo (Go edition).

The speculated smartphone features a model number XT1920. The device has recently been granted approval by the ECC for its sales in European and Asian markets. New website, Nashville Chatter has claimed that the new smartphone will also be available in North America, although there are no official confirmations about the design of the phone.

The phone with model number XT1920 would be dubbed as Moto C2 that is expected to appear with 16GB inbuilt storage, a 1GB of RAM, and would be powered between 2,000mAh and 2,100mAh battery.

A 5-inch and 5.2-inch display would feature the phone with dimensions measuring 147.88 x 71.22mm. Along with a LTE support network, the phone is expected to be an entry-level smartphone, while speculates also surfaced that Moto C2 would operate on Android Go OS.

Its predecessor model has appeared with 5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution. It operates on Android 7.0 Nougat and is fueled by MediaTek MT6580M quad-core chipset coupled with an 8GB ROM and a 16GB RAM.
