Meizu unleashes Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Pro, Meizu 15 Lite on its 15th anniversary

Chinese smartphone maker Meizu has unveiled three new handsets dubbed as Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Pro and the Meizu 15 Lite. The high-end Meizu 15 Pro is backed by Exynos 8895 processor and features a 5.95-inch 2K OLED display.

The Meizu 15 Lite features a 64GB/128GB of in-built storage coupled with a 6GB of RAM. A 10nm chip with an octa-core CPU and the Mali-G71 MP20 GPU fuels the handset.

Meizu 15 Pro is going to have the world’s thinnest bezels measuring just 1.175 mm, claims the company.  Along with numerous AI capabilities, the phone is powered by a 3500mAh battery and a 24W charger for mCharge 4.0. It will have dual rear cameras, a combination of 12MP + 20MP sensors coupled with optical image stabilizer (OIS) and Electronic image stabilization (EIS). It appears in two colour variants, Gload and Black and carries a price tag of 2999 Chinese Yuan, approximately 475$.

The Meizu 15 is powered by Snapdragon 660 coupled with octa-core CPU and the Adreno 512 GPU. Same as the Meizu 15 Pro, this 4GB RAM handset appears in two storage variants 64GB/128GB. Along with a 1080p resolution, Meizu 15 Pro features a 5.46-inch OLED panel display. With a pre-installed Flyme 7, Meizu 15 comes in White, Black, Blue, and Gold variants with a price tag of 2500 Chinese Yuan, approx  $397 USD. A 24W mCharge charger is also included in the box.

Meizu 15 Lite was unveiled separately and will not be available in China. It has a LCD panel with a small 5.46-inch display. It is backed by a Snapdragon 626 chipset coupled with with an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 506 GPU. The in-built 64GB handset has a 4GB RAM, which is also powered by a 3000 mAh battery. For optics, the devices features a 20MP selfie shooter and 12MP primary sensor that has an aperture of f/1.9.
