LG X5 (2018) with 4,500mAh battery and LG Pay now official


LG has added a new budget member to its X series, dubbed the LG X5 (2018) in South Korea. The LG X5 (2018) comes with a price tag of KRW 3,63,000 (around Rs 22,220) and will be available in South Korea via carriers such as SKT, KT, and LGU+.

The main highlight of the LG X5 (2018) is the huge 4,500mAh battery which supports fast charging which is expected to last up to two days of usage on a single charge.

In terms of the specifications, the LG X5 (2018) comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with a screen resolution rated at 1,280 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by octa-core MediaTek KT6750 chipset clocked at 1.55GHz.LG X5 (2018)

The smartphone comes equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage which comes with the option to expand up to with the use of a microSD card. On the camera front, the LG X5 (2018) consists of a 13-megapixel rear camera and is front camera is rated at 5-megapixel with Super wide-angle lens. The device runs Android 8.0 Oreo.

Additionally, the LG X5 (2018) has support for a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and is compatible with LG’s own payment service- LG Pay.

The LG X5 (2018) comes in a single Morokan Blue colour.
