Lenovo is all set to unveil a new smartphone in its S series, dubbed the Lenovo S5 for which the rumours are brimming. The recent one is a leaked image hinting at the looks of the smartphone.
According to a post on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo, the Lenovo S5 is expected to sport a metal body and feature thin bezels with an aspect ratio rated at 18:9. At the back, it might house dual cameras at the back along with a fingerprint scanner. Additionally, the smartphone could have red, black and silver colour variants.
Although there is no concrete information, the Lenovo S5 is speculated to feature a 5.65-inch full HD+ display and could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 processor. It might come in two RAM/ROM variants: 3GB RAM/32GB ROM and 4GB RAM/64GB ROM. The Lenovo S5 is expected to come with a battery capacity rated at 3,000mAh and run Android 8.0 Oreo.
Additionally, the Lenovo S5 is in direct competition with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 which is soon to unveil in China with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage on March 16.
