iPhone SE 2 with a glass back likely to support wireless charging

Apple is long-rumoured to unveil the successor to the iPhone SE- the iPhone SE 2 at its forthcoming WWDC 2018. In addition to a number of rumours and speculations for the alleged device, the latest one hints at some more features the iPhone SE 2 might have.

According to a new report, the iPhone SE 2 is expected to feature an all-glass back (much like the recent iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus) and come with support for wireless charging. Additionally, the smartphone is likely to sustain the 3.5mm audio jack.

While there is nothing concrete available as to what the iPhone SE 2 might be the like, the smartphone  is expected to come with an increased screen size rated at 4.2-inch and could be powered by A10 Fusion chipset which also powers the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. The smartphone could be equipped with 2GB of RAM and come in two internal storage options: 32GB and 128GB.

Additionally, the design of the iPhone SE 2 is likely to remain the same as the predecessor and come with Touch ID, embedded in the home button.

However, we still need to wait until WWDC 2018, to know whether or not the iPhone SE sees the light of the day.
