Cupertino tech major Apple has released a new software update, dubbed the iOS 11.4.1 for the iPhone users.
The new update has introduced the fixation of the issue which averted users from viewing the last known location of his or her AirPods in Find My iPhone.
iOS 11.4.1 has improved the reliability of syncing mails, contacts and notes with Exchange accounts. Additionally, there have been various bug fixes and improvements being introduced.
Furthermore, the recent software update has enhanced the security of the users’ iPhones and iPads with the introduction of the USB Restrictive Mode which will prevent several cracking machines from unlocking the smartphone with ease after its screen has been locked for one hour.
The new USB Restrictive Mode can be further activated or deactivated by heading to the Settings menu.
In order to download iOS 11.4.1, the users are required to go to the Settings option, select General, and then the Software Update option.
The new iOS 11.4.1 has started rolling out for the eligible iPhone users.
